Manalapan Property Taxes Delayed: Due to the school funding showdown that occurred at the state level, the state was late in sending out property tax certifications this year. The property taxes will be sent out on Aug. 15, and the new deadline is Sept. 8. There is no ten day grace period with this new deadline; therefore, if you do not pay your property taxes by Sept. 8 you will be charged interest back to Aug. 1.
