JoAnna and Gail's Real Estate Thoughts

Speechless Thursday

I know the title is kind of irrelevant to our traditional Wordless Wednesday or Speechless Sunday... but these pics left me Speechless!

I stumbled across this album while catching up on Facebook.

It is a collection of photo's taken by my 14 year old daughter, Danielle.  She's had no training and is using a regular, common digital camera she got for Christmas.  I love that I "found" them and that she wasn't taking them for any special reason.

I was blown away by her knack.

I tell you... it is amazing what you are born with!

A proud Mom...

Wow JoAnna!
Your daughter has a real talent!  I particularly like the yellow flower with the sun peeking through! Amazing photo!

Hmm, anyone can learn photgraphy but not everyone is a photographer.  There is definitely some artistic talent there, I would encourage as much as possible.

Thanks for sharing Jo.  I can't quite figure out how the photographer managed to get some of those pictures.

JO, They are very beautiful. Did she enter anything in the Manalapan Photo Contest? Maybe she should start taking the pictures for our listings... I'm sure she can make any home look great!

Thanks all!

I can't believe she did not enter anything in the photo contest!  She really wanted to enter a meaningful photo that is representative of the town.  Maybe next year!

I have been whining and nagging my husband for the past few years to get me one of those fancy Digital SLR camera's with the interchangeable lenses, 10 megapixels, etc.

Then she comes up with these with her simple point and shoot camera! I guess my point is now moot!

His feedback is you can teach anyone how to use the features a camera with regard to lighting, etc., but it is much harder to teach someone about composition... that needs to come more naturally.

You have some serious talent going on with your daughter,Danielle. Encourage her talent. Look forward to hearing and seeing more of her in the very near future.  What was her reaction to this post?

Hi Jo,

Love all the pics!

I especially liked the yellow flower with the sun shining through! That is one I can see in a magazine.

She must have inherited my photography talent!   ; )

Some of these are REALLY good - especially the yellow "sparkle" one. You better put your name on some of these, you'll want the credit later when in a magazine.

Jo, Danielle is a very talented photographer. Maybe she can do virtual tours, as well as nature photos! You, and she, should be very proud!
