Thanks for sharing. As I mentioned on your other listing, this is a great area in NJ. Best wishes selling it...great price!
Great presentation! Do you like V-flyer? I've been considering it.
This home looks like a great place. You have it marketed on line so nicely. Good luck in finding your buyer

Jim - I love living in the Monmouth/Middlesex County New Jersey area! Hope you had a nice visit!
June - I do like Vflyer. I not only use it to create attractive electronic flyers for my listings, I also use it to send emails with information on my listing. Not limited to: collecting feedback on each showing, inviting agents to brokers opens, responding to internet inquiries and following up with open house guests. The added bonus is that they syndicate the information to so many great sites as well.
Don - Well thank you very much! I'm trying!
Congrats on your 2 new listings Jo! I too am a fan of Vflyer and used to use them religiously in 2007. Then they added a bunch of cool doo-dads and widgets, so using them became more time consuming. That's when I switched back to using Postlets since they were easier. I've gotten bored with them and have been tinkering with my Vflyer account again. I agree; they do make for a nice presentation.
Jo Anna - Nice preview of the Covered Bridge area. I agree with everything thing you said about v-flyer, however, the v-flyer will not do as well in the search engines than if you just wrote everything yourself on the blog. Just a heads up for you:)
Amber - I go back and forth between vflyer and postlets. There are a few things that vflyer offers that postlets does not. I like tha vflyer lets you send the actual flyer (not a link). I also like that vflyer lets me email the flyer to 100 people at once, which is great for brokers opens. Vflyer also gives you that neat widget that scrolls your listings on the side of your blog. I think that is great.
Bill - Are you reading my mind? Last night I created the 2 posts about my new Covered Bridge listings, then decided to create a new page for my website. Once completed, it hit me that I would've been much better off posting a version of that page to Active Rain. Maybe I'll go back and make these posts Members Only and create a new version for the public.
Thanks!
